We are near the City Park where you can enjoy fishing, hiking, bike riding, and even set the kiddos loose to play on the playground. At Applewood RV Resort, we want a variety of amenities and services to make your stay as comfortable as possible. That’s why our RV park offers 70 pull-through RV campsites with sites featuring water and 30 amp electricity and others equipped with full hookups.
Booking, Payment, and Reservation Policies
1. Reservation Eligibility & Booking Windows
– Applewood RV Resort accepts reservations for nightly and monthly stays.
– Nightly reservations may be made up to 14 days in advance.
– Monthly reservations may be made at any time, subject to availability.
– There is no minimum or maximum stay required.
2. Guest Requirements for Booking
– Guests must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation.
– Long-term guests (monthly stays) must provide the following upon arrival or within a few days of arrival:
~ Valid government-issued ID
~ Proof of registration and insurance for RV and tow vehicle
~ Photographs of RV (required if the RV is more than 20 years old)
~ Completion of all required park paperwork
3. Rig Requirements
– All RVs must be self-contained, with a functioning bathroom.
– Long-term stay RVs must be 20 years old or newer, unless approved by management with visual inspection via submitted photos.
– Converted vehicles, tiny homes, or buses must be RVIA-certified, registered, and titled as an RV.
4. Payment Terms
– Applewood RV Resort requires full payment at the time of booking.
– In cases of guest objection, the resort may accept a 50% deposit, or at minimum, the greater of one night’s rate or 25% of the total reservation cost.
– A valid credit card must be saved on file for all reservations, regardless of final payment method.
5. Alterations & Cancellations
– Reservation modifications that result in a reduction in the total amount due are subject to a $10 alteration fee.
– Nightly reservation cancellations are subject to a $20 flat cancellation fee.
– Cancellations must be made by phone at 303-872-0091. Email or text cancellations are not accepted.
6. Spot2Nite Reservations
– Reservations made through Spot2Nite cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded by Applewood RV Resort.
– Guests must contact Spot2Nite Customer Service at 877-778-2683 for assistance.
7. Occupancy and Visitor Policy
– Each RV site rental includes up to 4 registered guests.
– A maximum of 6 guests per site is allowed.
– Additional guests are charged at $5 per person, per day.
– Day visitors are welcome at no charge and do not require a parking pass.
8. Check-In and Check-Out
– Check-in time: 1:00 PM
– Check-out time: 12:00 PM
– After-hours arrivals:
~ Arrival packets are placed in the reservation box to the right of the front door.
~ Access codes for restroom and laundry facilities are provided with the packet.
